Awesome WordPress plugins 5 months, 2 weeks agoSo I’ve used the lightbox 2 plugin for a while now, but I have seen sexier ones on websites. Does anyone have a good one they could recommend? Something with rounded corners maybe and a patterned background for the lightbox effect. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hi Roxanne, This site is running BuddyPress which takes care of all the activity/group/forums/members/etc… I also used a plugin called BuddyPress Template Pack to help integrate it in to the theme.

Awesome WordPress plugins 5 months, 3 weeks agoI use the plugin called JigoShop. It’s a quick plugin that allows you to set up an online store, add products and send your clients to PayPal to pay. You also track your inventory, send out invoices to people who have filed their cart, but have not purchased and much more. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jigoshop/

It’s a kick ass plugin that lets you easily add events to a calendar and display them in a monthly calendar or in a list. It includes Google maps as well.
